Our room rates range from $75.00-$95.00 per night.
Event Space Rental:
The Ivy Chapel is an ideal location for your memorable event. A year-round schedule is available with Spring and Summer booking up quickly. Facilities include:
The Sanctuary: Seating for 150 people. Hold your special event in this vintage church sanctuary and you will create memories to last a lifetime. Ideal for weddings, reunions, dinner parties, anniversary celebrations, banquets, receptions, etc. with seating and tables provided.
The Parlor: provides a more intimate setting for groups of 20 or less. Serve coffee to your guests from the "hidden" hostess closet, enjoy watching cable from our overstuffed couches on the large screen TV., or use the two large dining tables to suit your needs. This room is ideal for showers, meetings, and other informal occasions.
The Lawn: available to rent during the summer months (tables and chairs not available). Call for pricing information.
Our event space ranges from $75.00 to $200.00 for one half day depending on space chosen for the size of your group.
A full day rental ranges from $150.00 to $400.00
Our Wedding Packages:
#1 gives you the Chapel, Parlour, and Bridal room. This is for the wedding ceremony and can be used for a full day. Set up may be the night before if no other events are scheduled. $750.00 plus tax.
#2 gives you everything in package #1 plus add to that the reception party. Add $300.00 plus tax.
#3 gives you the entire Inn for your event. This space is for the wedding, reception, and overnight accommodation using 6 private guest rooms with baths for 1 night. $1,500.00 plus tax.
